Refund policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • Policy: We offer a free replacement or a full refund if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error.
  • Timeline: You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery (or 45 days for international orders).
  • Process: To initiate a claim, please message us through the contact form on this website. with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the item to us. 
2. Cancellations
  • Policy: Orders can only be cancelled before they are sent to production. Once an order is in production, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund. 
3. Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing)
  • Policy: Because all items are custom-made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
  • Recommendation: Please refer to our size charts located on each product page before making a purchase.
